What's in the $45

Palings, rails, posts and wire out of the ground. Everything on the trailer and to the tip — the tip fees are ours. The fence line left raked and clear, ready for a new fence or nothing at all.

If we're building your new fence, removal goes on the same quote at the same rate and happens the same day — the old fence comes out section by section as the new one goes in, so your yard is never open overnight.

Old posts set in big concrete footings can slow things down. We price dealing with them at the site visit, on the quote — it doesn't appear on the invoice as a surprise.

Questions we get asked

Will you remove a fence without building a new one?
Yes. Plenty of jobs are just removal — a fence coming down for a deck, a pool, or a boundary that's staying open. Our minimum job is $2,500, so small stand-alone removals usually make sense bundled with other work; send photos and we'll tell you straight.
Do I need my neighbour's OK to remove a shared fence?
If it's a dividing fence on the boundary, yes — talk to them first, and if a new fence is going up we'll prepare the fencing notice for nothing. Pulling down a shared fence without agreement is a fast way into a dispute.
What about asbestos fencing?
We don't touch it — asbestos removal is licensed work. If your photos suggest it, we'll tell you and point you to a licensed removalist, then build the new fence once the line is clear.
How fast can it happen?
A typical 30m fence comes out in a morning. Estimate back the same day you get in touch, and you get a date that holds — we text the day before.
