Short version: we collect what we need to quote your fence, we don't sell it, and you can ask for it to be deleted.
When you request a quote: your name, mobile number, email, suburb, details about your fence, and the photos you send us. When you browse: standard analytics data (pages visited, device type) if analytics is enabled.
Preparing and sending your quote, scheduling and carrying out the work, invoicing, honouring the guarantee, and — only if you asked us to quote — following up about that quote. If we run advertising, we may use aggregated data to measure it. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
The crew doing your job sees the job details. Our form and website hosting providers process submissions on our behalf. If your job involves a council contribution or a registered builder, the paperwork you've approved goes to them. That's the list.
Job records are kept for the life of the guarantee plus the period tax law requires. Quote enquiries that don't become jobs are deleted within 12 months.

We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. If you're not happy with our response, you can complain to the OAIC at oaic.gov.au.
