HOW WE QUOTE

An estimate today. A fixed quote after one site visit.

Our calculator and phone estimates give you a real number in minutes. And because around 90% of fixed quotes need eyes on the site, we confirm everything with one free visit before you sign — here's how it works.

01
YOU SEND PHOTOS AND A LENGTH
Stand at each end of the fence line and take a photo. Pace out the length — one pace is about a metre, and "about 28 metres" is plenty. The photos tell us the ground, the access, the old fence and the levels.
02
WE PRICE IT OFF OUR STANDARD RATE CARD
The same rates behind the fence calculator — including the ground-condition surcharge if your photos show clay, roots or rock. Your quote is itemised, so you can see every line.
03
YOUR ESTIMATE COMES BACK TODAY
A real number off the same rate card as the calculator. If the fence is shared, both halves are priced separately and the fencing notice offered for nothing.
04
THE SITE VISIT LOCKS IT IN
Around 90% of fixed quotes are confirmed with one quick site visit — levels, access, footings, the boundary line. You get the fixed written quote with the spec on it, and nobody turns up unannounced.

Why the spec is on the quote

A "1.8m paling fence" can mean two different fences — different paling lengths, a plinth or no plinth, two rails or three, posts at 2.4m or 2.7m centres. Most quotes don't say, which is how a cheaper number turns into the same money for a lesser fence.

Ours says. And because the quote is itemised line by line, you can see exactly what you are paying for before you sign — which is the point.

Try it. It takes two minutes.

Photos, a rough length, and you'll have your estimate back today.
