How to check us — five minutes, no phone call

01
LOOK UP THE COMPANY. Search the ABN at abr.business.gov.au — free, thirty seconds. Check the entity name matches the one on your quote, and do the same for anyone else who quotes you.
02
ASK FOR THE INSURANCE CERTIFICATE. Ours comes with the quote if you ask. A current certificate of currency names the insurer, the entity and the cover — anyone insured can produce one in a day.
03
CHECK THE DEPOSIT AGAINST THE LAW. The Domestic Building Contracts Act caps deposits at 10% under $20,000 and 5% at or above it. We take 10% — anyone asking for half up front is asking for more than the Act allows on most fencing jobs.
04
READ THE GUARANTEE AND THE TERMS. Ours are on their own pages in plain words — the guarantee and the terms — not buried in a PDF you get after you've signed.
